Sam The Plumber

Hired them to check out a problem at a rental property. Someone called me and said the main line needed to be replaced for $3600.00. They said they would pull the permit and do the work. i told them to do the job. They did not pull the permit, but they did replace a portion of the main line. Three days later, the tenant called with the same problem. Had another plumbing company come in and determined there was a leak under the house. They dug under the house, found leak at 4 inch elbow and repaired it for $1500.00. To make matters worse, I spoke to one of the laborers from Sam's Plumbing who said they knew the leak was there when they excavated to replace the main line. It appears they just wanted to grab a quick $3600.00. Attempted to contact owner but got no call back.

Best Plumber in the state of Texas. Hands down. Loved the amazing and timely manner the job was done ❤️. Sam came out and did the job himself so that it could be done in time for an engagement party that was being hosted at my house. Thank you Sam the plumber ????. I will never look elsewhere for my plumbing needs.

I recently had to reach out for a plumber to help unclog a kitchen sink drain. I originally called ARS/Rotor Rooter to help fix my clog. I called them at 7am and they told me a plumber would be in contact with me shortly. After waiting 6 hours, I still had not heard from ARS/Rotor Rooter. I canceled the service call and decided to go with Sam The Plumber. I really wish I had called Sam The Plumber first. After calling, I had a team of plumbers at my house within an hour! They were polite, courteous, and professional. In order to clear the clog they had to pull out a professional plumbing snake machine and feed approximately 35 feet of line into my kitchen sink piping. The clog was quickly cleared!! In all I think the team was at my house for about 1/2 hour. The price of the service was reasonable to me considering the amount of work they had to do to clear the line. I would call on Sam The Plumber again if I have plumbing issues in the future.

AC condensate discharge line clogged. STPlumber on-site in 30min. Professional, no dalling to extend hours on site. Pleasant tech took the time to tell me what went wrong and how to prevent it in future. Fair price. Cudos to Gary and his partner. I will use this one for future needs.

Well I finally got to meet Sam the plumber. They did some work on my shower and there was still a problem with water leaking. Sam came out inspected and said we will be back don’t worry we will figure It out. I felt surprised how he came out personally to see what was going on. It ended up being something not related to their work. It was something a tile guy had done not Sam the plumber. To see a business owner say don’t worry I’ll take care of it and made me feel I was in good hands really impressed me. I am making this company my official plumbing company for as long as I live in Houston. He is professional, proud of his company, and an awesome master plumber. Call them if you need anything they will take care of you. You don’t see this very often with businesses. He will take care of it.
