Joesph came out right on time. Showed me what my issue was, and told me my options (very professional). This company is fair and honest! They don’t try to up sale or over price their product or service.. I highly recommend 1-800-Plumer of Pearland!! Go with these guys and you won’t be disappointed!

This was THE most painless repair experience! We had a leak in a pipe behind our water heater, spewing water out into space, ugh. Joe and his apprentice, Dan, were here in about an hour or so. They were both so very friendly from the moment they showed up at the front door! After they determined the problem, we discussed the needed repair, and then they began to replace the pipe(s) behind the water heater. This was pretty much an all-day job and I can honestly say it was no problem having them in my home. They were not only professional and courteous employees; they were two very kind individuals, who were also comfortable and friendly around my crazy dogs! I have had nothing but the finest experiences with this company and cannot recommend them highly enough! They are the best!

Mason, was extremely knowledgable, clear, and an overall pleasure to work with as it pertians to our plumbing needs. He explained his logic step by step and kept me in the loop as he transitioned to each tasked needed. I highly recommend him and his company for all of your plumbing needs.

First class service from 1-800-Plumber of Pearland. They are the best one from many contractors recommended by HomeAdvisor. The technician, Chad, was very pleasant and professional. Our job was not easy due to no record of the location of the water line (under the driveway) as well as location of the emergency shut-off valve. Chad and his helper spent almost 2-1/2 hours to chase down these locations. His persistence paid off. He was able to locate the emergency valve which makes this job much easier. Their price is lower than the next contractor and the service provided by Chad is super. I strongly recommend this company. I reached out to this company to complete some work at my job. They came out within 12-24 hours left a quote and explanation of work needing to be done before taking on the job. When I called back to question why a second issue needed to be done and not what I asked for I never got a call back but working in customer service I wasn’t upset. I simply called them on Tuesday they came out this morning and my final bill for a total of 3 units was less than what I’ve paid for 1 unit at other locations. So price has defiantly won me over! Second the techs actually talk to you and explain what you need done in terms you can understand. I will be using them again
