J & R Plumbing

I was originally thrilled when J&R plumbing was able to come out quickly to repair a broken pipe in my front yard. His price was a fraction of what the larger company had quoted. Unfortunately, a few day later I again had water flooding my front yard. Called and texted J&R for 3 days. None of my calls or texts were returned. I had to call another plumber to come and repair the repair. J&R had used a part designed for irrigation systems that are not designed for the sustained pressure of a main water line. It has now been weeks, and I have still not heard back from J&R.

Called J&R Plumbing during the deep freeze in January. Jacob called back within minutes. He prioritized our call due to the nature of a frozen water pipe that was leaking all over our yard. Others we called told us it would be days or WEEKS before they could get to us. He was out within hours after several other emergencies. He was one of the nicest men, hard working. Fixed our problem quickly. He even fixed one of our sprinkler heads that broke. I was so impressed with his service and attitude about plumbing and customer service. He will be our new plumber for everything. I highly recommend J& R Plumbing.

Emergency leak. Found J & R Plumbing and made phone call. Prompt response from Jacob. Made repairs and cleaned up areas when work was completed. Very professional, personable, and easy to work with. Would recommend Jacob to family and friends.
