Home Services at The Home Depot

We rented a carpet cleaner from this Home Depot. First we were provided inaccurate information. We were quoted the wrong price. We were charged for the 24 hour price even though we were quoted the 4-Hour price. These staff and management was extremely rude and difficult to work with. We explained that the carpet cleaner did not even get our carpet clean and the response was it's not a carpet cleaner it's a steamer. They've tried to justify that it's wirking because it steamed. even though our carpets were not cleaned. We explained that the water was the exact same color when we dumped it as it was when we put it in. They were difficult, and helpful, rude, and ignorant to their own product and how the product should work. Stay away from this Home Depot. Read the reviews and do not deal with this store. I will stop at Lowe's from this point on
