horrible service. charged me 220 to unclog a drain, but all they did was drill a hole in my pipe and put a saddle on it! theyre worked is not 100 percent guaranteed! i wouldbt recommend them to no one

Every time I call these folks(probably about 10 times) ... they’re there. Quick. They’re in and out, and easy to deal with.

I did not have a very pleasant experience with Neches plumbing. They were very unprofessional, originally had a technician come look at the job and quote me one price then after going to get the equipment he came back with a different price. He was at the property for less then an hour, but I felt okay because he offered to come back within 30 if the issue reoccurred. At the end of my 30 days I could tell that my bathroom began to not drain (shower,sink,toilet). I called back to Neches plumbing, on what they said was the 32nd day. The receptionist took my name and number and told me they would give me a call back with a solution. The next afternoon I still did not receive a call back. I called neches plumbing again on now what they said was day 33 to hear that the technician no longer works their, and that I would have to pay to have them come back out. The whole experience was unprofessional and unpleasant. With all the other available plumbing options I would look elsewhere.
