My water had been backed up into my home for days. I rented an auger and attempted to unstop my lines myself. Unfortunately that didn't work out so I had to find a plumber. A realtor friend of mine recommended JT Henderson. After reading reviews, I was reluctant to call, but I trust my friend so I called JT. He was able to come out within an hour. He worked on my sewer line for over 2 hours. Fortunately, when he was done my drains were free & clear! After reading other reviews I was scared to ask what the fee was. It was significantly less than I expected. I won't hesitate to call JT again if I need a plumber.

Horrible service, horrible work, horrible prices. And heaven forbid if he has to do any digging or go under a house. You know...where the plumbing might be. He might be a nice guy, but he is a terrible plumber any more.

Absolutely the Worst Plumber in town... He works alone and takes twice the time to do a job and then he charges $148.00 an hour..... OMG Not only that he damaged our studs by almost cutting them in half & did a poor job by leaving the plastic tube taking up most of our cabinet space by not mounting it to the wall. .. We had to have someone come in and fix his mistakes.... Then he OVER charged us for materials. Bad business man.... NEVER again will we use him or recommend him to anyone....

I hate to hear that someone else has been duped by this man! It's been a few yrs., but he is the worst plumber in Nacogdoches! Beware....you will be very sorry if you use him, emergency or not! I didn't want to check one star, but had to to post!
