American Home Shield assigned Jesse as my contractor and I'm very glad. He was quick...same day response, professional and thorough. Five Stars for sure!

Jesse was absolutely phenomenal! He went above and beyond his service call to ensure the plumbing in our house was working. He also drove thirty minutes after 5:00pm for an appointment because he knew that he may not be able to get to us the next day. He explained everything he was doing and even walked us through how to install our water softener so we could DIY. If you’re looking for an excellent, knowledgeable, and extremely kind plumber Jesse is definitely it! It’s a shame google only lets you rate up to five stars!!

This was the company my home warranty company chose to inspect/replace my home water heater which is also modified for recirculating hot water. I was impressed by how quick I received a call from Jesse after hanging up with my insurance company. He was professional, polite, courteous and made it extremely easy. All I had to do was take 2 pictures he requested and text them to him. He phoned me back within minutes indicating he had the heater I needed and gave me the time frame in which he could respond that same day. I was Blown Away !!! I have dealt with many plumbing companies in my life and this was the easiest and fastest responding company with whom I have dealt. Jesse and his wife arrived promptly and had everything ready to do the job. They were professional , knowledgeable and maintained a clean work area. Jesse used the latest in plumbing technology and parts the likes of which I hadn’t seen. Jesse gladly educated me in the recirculating hot water system which was new to me. He also patiently and thoroughly answered my many questions regarding my water heating system. Jesse took the initiative to explain how to register my new heater on line. Prior to leaving Jesse took the courtesy to explain to keep an eye on the lines to make sure they didn’t leak. About an hour later Jesse gave me a courtesy text asking me the status of the lines. I again was highly impressed on the professionalism, courtesy and initiative to follow up on his work. It turns out the next day I discovered a minute leak and contacted Jesse who arrived early the next day and promptly solved the leak. I feel confident in his work as he was the not reason for the leak. I have to say I am highly impressed by Jesse and his wife who who are both extremely professional and personable. They are trustworthy, honest and take pride in their work. American Plumbing is now my “Go To” plumbing company and I will be recommending them to everybody I know in need of an honest, knowledgeable, experienced and state of the art plumber. Jesse is the best plumber I've ever worked with. Showed up within hours of my call, resolved the issue, and check in the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly. Professional and courteous the whole time.

Prompt, Professional and Efficient do not describer Jesse and American Plumbing Service, they FAR exceed those descriptions! We had a pretty serious "child inflicted" clog on a Saturday morning that was handled before 10 AM at VERY FAIR pricing! This is the ONLY plumbing service for our family!
