will quote to you and then not rtn or show up for weeks. will want you to sign contract and no contract provided after multiple requests. then one day will call and say on the way out of the blue. half the work performed and then months pass while other remodel work being performed and then multiple men show up on your lawn telling your neighbors you have not paid even though you have paid by credit card to the office the amount requested by their supervisor. supervisor has been fired and now owner wants more money. but wait, you still owe me more service. charge your credit card more. place multiple calls to office and no response. what a messed up business. currently working w credit card company to reverse charges for fraud. dishonest. no integrity. exactly why I did not want to pay a penny more until work finished. shame on you Dean the owner who was so kind on the phone when trying to get more money b4 the work was finished. don't use this company.
They replaced our compressor, but we were misinformed that our nest thermostat did not work. We generally settled claims, but they were not courteous or concerned about the customer experience.
I had an AC issue for my residential home and after calling several HVAC providers, Farrell Plumbing & Cooling responded the fastest AND the best. One of their competitors actually laughed at me on the phone and shrugged me off stating they would "call me tomorrow". Well...guess what...that company never called me back...and I'm glad. Farrell's technician was prompt and professional and explained the problem well and proposed solutions to my AC problem. Called this company on a Thursday.. the lady told me that someone would be out there on Saturday... nobody showed up waited all day... I mean if you can not make it please let the customers know.. very disorganized
They have gone out to my house an they do an awesome job very punctual an very perfessional I would highly recommend to my friends
