I needed a simple PVC repair done from a shower drain, P-Trap and vent. A very, very simple fix for any run of the mill Plumbing company. It has taken this company over one month to get the parts needed to fix issue. This is the only plumbing company in the history or time that doesn't have PVC piping a glue on hand! Lowes, Ace, Home Depot, Wal-Mart etc has the parts for a total of $12.00, I offered to go buy the parts if they would install it. They refused and pushed back the repairs a week. So if you can wait at least a month for a simple fix this is the company for you! If you have a Home Warranty and this company is assigned go ahead and prepare for a few things. Request a change of plumbing company or go ahead and send the BBB a complaint or find a new home warranty company.

Worst company ever! I would give them zero stars if it gave me the option. If your warranty company assigns them as a technician ask to switch to someone else. First scheduled appt was a no show and when I call to ask what happened she says I didn’t answer my phone which was a lie because I had no missed calls. Ok so she reschedules. The guy comes in and tells me he doesn’t have the proper equipment to do the work that I need done so that he will come back. The next day she’s quick to call me to charge me the fee I pay w my warranty and says payment needs to be processed before they can resubmit the order w the home warranty. 3weeks and multiple calls and still nothing. So I decide to contact the home warranty instead and when they speak to them they claim that they ran a snake and found roots in my pipes which is a lie because he didn’t even do ANYTHING when he came the first time. Unless he had X-ray vision and was able to see the roots from above the ground. Long story short, they’re horrible and liars and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Our warranty company sent them to fix our running toilet & clogged tub. They called same day to schedule a visit 5 days from initial request. Tech was very friendly/polite & punctual. He addressed all our issues within 30 minutes. Same problem kept re-acuring after he left, so I called the warranty company. They re-opened our work order. On day 3 I've got a call from the plumber's office and they scheduled a re-evaluation visit a week from now. I've explained to them that their tech was already at our house, & saw the problem - even tried fixing it. Why another re-evaluation visit, and a week from now? Second visit by the tech, he took down the model number of our Kohler toilet & told us he'll need to order parts. When they come in, he'll contact us to setup another visit. We waited 2 weeks & I called the Plumber's office, left a voicemail. Next day, I called First American Warranty office - explaining our situation. They placed me on hold while they called the plumber for an update. Then few minutes later came back, assigning another Plumber to resolve our issue, due to the fact that this company was really rude to them on the phone, and didn't want to answer their questions.

I was set up with QP through my home warranty company. A QP plumber was set to come to my house between 3 and 6pm on a Friday. At about 5pm I contacted the plumber and he informed me he was leaving his other job and would be on his way. He arrived after 7pm. When he arrived he didn't bring any tools inside but asked to see where the issue was. He had me running around my house getting him tools to use to look at the job. The one saving grace is that we realized there was standing water under my tub. He asked me to dry it up and that he would come back on Monday and get the pump out (we had an issue with our jets in our tub.) I dried it all out and called the company and scheduled him to come on Thursday as he was unavailable Monday. He was a no-call no-show on Thursday. I called and asked for QP to send another plumber because I was unsatisfied with the first one and believed he was not very professional. I scheduled for the next Thursday and was called on that day and informed that the plumber who was assigned got overheated the day before and did not come into work that day. We rescheduled for the following Tuesday. I was already frustrated and began asking my Home Warranty company to send another contractor. My home warranty company called QP and spoke with the manager Debbie who told them the plumber was coming Tuesday. I discussed it with my warranty company and we decided to give them one more chance but if they cancel for whatever reason we would get a new contractor. I was called on Tuesday by the receptionist and told that the plumber would not be coming. I called the manager Debbie to discuss this with her and she told me that the plumber would be coming between 3-6pm as scheduled. I was not surprised when they again no-call no-showed. I just got a call at about 8:50 this morning (Wednesday) to reschedule and told them no thank you. I have already discussed this with my warranty company but plan on moving up the ladder to inform them of QP's service. My home warranty company has set me up with another contractor. I would not call QP for an emergency if every other plumber in town couldn't come until the next day. Terrible service and they lied to me. Find someone else.

Garbage "company." So I have a problem with my upstairs shower. Its leaking into and so the celing in the kitchen is getting stains. I call my home warranty company and they send these guys out. First they no show. So I have to call them and they find another guy the next day that can come out. The guy shows up in an unmarked truck, no uniform or name badge or anything. He takes a look at my shower and determines it was improperly installed. He says Ive got a great warranty so it should be covered no problem. He tells me a tile company will be calling me in the next 48 hours. I pay him the $65 service fee and he goes about his business. 2 weeks later I call my warranty company to see whats up and they say that my claim was denied. This company is awful and I take it they live off of $65 a pop service fees. Dont do business with them.
