I have had consistently excellent service from the folks at A+ Castle. They are knowledgable, professional and trustworthy. I called them for service, and although they were booked up for today, Gerald called me back and offered to talk me through relighting my water heater pilot lights on the phone, demonstrating once again how serious A+ Castle is about helping their customers. First class, all the way!!

Fast friendly service. My kids were very interested and he let them observe and answered all of their questions. He also answered my questions about an appliance even though it was unrelated to why he was here. The price was what I was expecting too
