Great place with very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Used them several times during the past few years and more recently, today. In contradiction of a couple of negative reviews posted here, I've always a good experience and a successful repair or installation and would highly recommend. It's a tough and challenging job being in the servicing business. It's both a blessing and a pleasant experience when customers approach and constructively engage in the problem-solving process whereby the outcome is almost always a good one.

I will never use or recommend this company. They came to install a water heater and right out of the gate the lead plumber on the job was snarky and rude. They did a few things that had me questioning their competency. Once the job was done and they were gone I waited a couple of hours before trying to get hot water and when I did there was none. I then notice that they had over loaded a circuit and several pieces of equipment were not working. I called the office and they were to arrive first thing the next morning. The did not show. I called the office and was told that they would be there in an hour. They weren't. After another call and 2 and a half hours they showed up. The lead man argued with me as to what had happened. I had to literally show him that he had over loaded the circuit. I ask him why he did not use the circuit that was already designated for the water heater. He said that he could not do wiring only plug the water heater in.He then unplugged the water heater and said he fixed the problem. He told me that I could do the wiring and that his job was complete. Then he just left. I could have done that much by myself. He was both rude and incompetent. His helper was not rude but he wasn't much help.

we have requested services form them and they have always messed up our order - giving us services that we didn't request or prices that they said and charged something else. if you call here - write down the person you spoke to - if it is not the office manager - get her on the line. But even she is rude and likes to say you didn't request something - or that is not that they said. I feel if they hired more competent office workers then the business would be better. I will never be calling them for their services ever again!
