My first review ever in my life, but it needs to be written. Do not use this company, they will do everything they can to scam you out of more money. Pretty sure it’s a crooked couple running this place. Thanks Landmark home warranty for hooking me up with this super highly rated company. Pretty obvious from the reviews that this not much of a company, but I’m sure thanks to you companies like these stay a float because you have no standards.

Very rude lady. Very unprofessional. Do not give them your business . There are other companies out there who charge less and are nice and professional. Ghetto person answering phone. They were sent through my home warranty. My a.c. was so old it needed to be replaced but he told me there was a leak and he needed to do a leak test for $250 and that not to worry about spending a little bit of money bc he would get me a new a.c. through the warranty. After them not coming out when scheduled more than one time, I went with another company. The other company told me my Freon levels were normal and there was no need for a test. Only that it was an old unit and needed to be replaced. This company just wanted to make an easy $250 off of me!! Don't trust them.
I have a terrible experience with this company. There is one lady who answers the phone and 1 technician who is very rude. Please do not trust them also dont waste your money on them. Go with someone who is more professional and educated on customer care. Contact me if you need proof of what they did to me.
Took them almost 2 weeks of constant harping in order to get our ac fixed. They don’t call back when they say they will and our work was pushed back multiple times. I brought this up to the woman answering the phones and she litterally started shouting at me. They obviously don’t have enough technicians but instead of telling people that and giving them a reasonable estimate of how long the work will take they just limp along trying to get stuff done. Now, less than two months later my AC is broken again, doing the same thing, and they’re not returning my calls again! I’m only calling to see if they warranty they’re work otherwise I would never call again.
