There is not a single thing they could have done better. Was pleased start to finish. Very easy to business with. Would 100% use them again and/or recommend them.

Do not typically write reviews but this service was very disappointing. The most unresponsive and not helpful customer service team. Technicians showed up confused, not prepared and needed to order parts to finish job then I had to hound them for status updates. This was expensive and a very frustrating experience. Took several weeks to finish a job. Do not recommend!!!

Matie Custom Homes has been building custom homes in the Dallas area for over 25 years.  When we discovered Riddell Plumbing we knew we found the best plumbers in Dallas! Their crews are top notch and very knowledgable. Our company had the privilege to gift an ADA compliant bathroom and bedroom for a very dear family whose 16 year old daughter has physical limitations.  Riddell Plumbing went above and beyond to provide all the labor and materials at no cost (including a tankless water heater, bidet, plumbing fixtures, and much much more!). Can’t say enough about this company...if we were able to give them 10 stars we would,  they deserve it!

These guys are tremendous. We've used them at our facility for years now and just recently at my residence where a leak burst in our crawl space. They rushed out, got it done in record time, and the pricing was extremely reasonable. Didn't once feel as if I was being taken advantage of like I have with every other plumber I've dealt with over the years. Shawn and his crew were pros.

Good service very pleased in how fast they were able to come out and do a gas pressure test. Found out I had a leak. They quoted me and I called around to get quotes turns out I didn’t need to nobody beat Their price. Scheduling was great there were able to come out and start and finished everything up pretty quickly.
