Tommy, Jordan and their team arrived at my home when they said they would and did not stop until the job was done. Before they left they made sure everything was cleaned up and working properly. I'm so disappointed with our service. Maybe I expected too much from hearing such great things about this company. We had a tech come over because our air pressure was a little low so we wanted to have a diagnostic run for $89.99 and then we also wanted to see about their "a/c system rejuvenation" because maybe our system just needed a small tune-up. The tech comes out and everything started okay, he went to our evaporator and took off a panel and said it was horrible, went outside and took off the panel on the compressor and hooked up a computer to check the refrigerant levels and the battery power and all that and said that was also terrible. After he looked at those two things we came back inside to discuss how much things would cost if we would get them fixed and we decided we couldn't afford anything right now and we definitely couldn't afford a whole new system. And there is this monthly "family plan" that he suggested we sign up for but when my husband and I repeatedly said that we wanted to get more information first and think about it he wouldn't drop it. I've had easier arguments with children it was that bad and I couldn't believe it because everything was fine up to that point. And he wouldn't give up when we said we wanted to compare prices before we do anything either so now we have to spend another day next week for someone else to come out and give us a quote on a whole new system. I think the worst part is when we asked if we just owe the $89.99 for the diagnostic he says "no" what he did was also their "rejuvenation". My husband and I both looked at each and tried not to lose it, because we spent $200 for this guy to come out and tell us our a/c system is likely to go out any day! By the end of it the whole experience felt like a giant rip off and this guy just trying to scare us into spending money immediately so he could get commission. I highly do not recommend this company. UPDATE: A couple days after contacting the company about our horrible service, I got a call from a representative of the company that heard our complaints and was willing to refund us the $101 "rejuvenation" fee since we were no where near satisfied and the tech performed none of the maintenance that was charged. Review changed from 1 star to 3 stars.

As usual, courteous, informative and efficient. Glad to have On Time for all they provide. Frank did great getting us back on line. Thanks to Frank and the On Time team. Frank Rodriguez did great job identifying an issue and providing a creative and reasonable solution. Installation was thorough with attention to detail.

Fast service! When it’s hot in August, you need a quick response. They got started right away. It was a big job and a long hot day but they didn’t stop until we had working AC. And they met the price of other bids. Great job!
