Called for an emergency plumbing repair 5 minutes before they closed. Lady who answered the phone acted like there was a phone connection problem and hung up on me! WOW! I get that its the end of the day and we all want to go home, at least have the decency to tell me you can't get to it today or something and not just hang up on me.
