PGS Plumbing Cypress

I called this morning to schedule an appointment, the person answering the phones was not friendly, but it was early and I'm sure she was busy with calls so I overlooked it. My appt was scheduled for a 1-3pm window and a technician was supposed to call me. At 2:50pm I had not heard from them so I called. She told me that she would check and call me right back. At 3:30pm I called again and started to tell the person answering that my technician didn't show and the guy hung up on me. I called back AGAIN and this time a different guy answered and at least took my call. He said that they had no technicians in my area today and I would need to reschedule. He had no reasoning for them scheduling me in the first place, why she didn't tell me this when I called or why she didn't call me back. I told him not to bother rescheduling. Absolutely horrible.

My sink drain was filled with hair and other particles from what the knowledgeable plumber that came to my apartment told me. He totally rid it all of any formation possible. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know that asks me!
