This company is top-notch! These days, it's refreshing (and sadly, rare) to find a business this responsive and communicative. Our septic alarm was triggered during a brutal cold "snap" (in the twenties) and yet they were on-site the same day I called. They were honest in their assessment (they were able to resurrect our pump when a less-honest vendor might have fudged on the diagnosis). They were also exceedingly patient and straightforward with their explanation of the process and projected costs (and my onslaught of questions). I will be calling them again, and I will be referring them with confidence.

Exceptional customer service, and very knowledgeable. I am a local Realtor, and they have done several inspections for my clients as well as myself personally. I would highly recommend. They are prompt in their reports and repairs, and extremely professional. Having used other companies in town, I can tell you they beat out their competition in every way.

SBCC was the original installer of our septic system and we have been having them service our system for a number of years. However, recently, we have been experiencing some problems and have asked them to come out and assess the situation. Several months ago the owner came out and indicated that we should take several steps to remediate this problem. We have taken those steps but the problem still persists in one area. Despite having called their office 4 times in the last month, nobody has responded to our request. It is pretty clear, they simply do not want to deal with it. This is very disappointing after being a loyal customer for 9+ years. I would simply caution you before you do business with this company.
