I called and left a message. Harold called me back, gave me an estimated price and estimated time of arrival. Both were right on the money. He even called of the morning the appointment to confirm his expected time of arrival. Based on my experience, I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I called and got an appointment to have my septic tanks pumped, and the man told me he would come on Monday, between 10 and 12 a.m., that I would be second in line for time. I stayed home all of Monday and no show. I called him just after 12 noon, and he did not even have me o. His list. We talked and he saw my name and address on the back of a folder or something, and said he failed to transfer me to the appointment sheet. It did not seem to matter to him that he had promised to be here today, and bv said he couldn't do it today, maybe tomorrow morning. I told him I could not be here to borrow morning and I was disappointed that he was not able to keep his word. Then he hung up on me. Not even any thing of an apology. He just hung up on me. I was not harsh in my speech. I do not need to do business with this kind of company. CBG
