If I could give it a 0, I would. He came and diagnosed the problems and was supposed to order the parts. We had 2 no show appointments to install and fix after the first appointment. I took 2 days off to be here for the appointments. The first day I waited from 2-5. At 5:15 I called Gerald's appliance and Gerald himself had the audacity to complain to me about not being able to find reliable help. He said he could not find people who would pass a drug test!? Gerald did not bother to even call me about not showing. I was told his repairperson would meet me the next day between 12;30-1;30. No show. No call. I finally reached someone at 1;45 and was given the same excuse. Finally the repairman came on the 3rd day, WITHOUT THE PARTS!!!!! I have a hard time believing this is the recommended Whirlpool repair center. This was the last straw!! I will be looking for a reputable repair center....Not Professional!!!!
