Outstanding quality of work done! I had a 10 x 15 patio installed in back and it looks awesome. Properly sloped for drainage, abutting but not connected to the foundation, brushed for traction, and sealed to last. I also had wheelchair ramps installed for the front and rear door, rubber mini ramps at the threshold, and special self closing door hinges for my disabled mother. They modify for disabilities. Manny and his workers are good honest people and gave a fair bid. I highly recommend Spartan.
Spartan Service™ plumbing and HVAC service is very impressive! The owner, Manny, was able to diagnose my AC leak issue as a defective coil. He even identified a Mold issue...I had no idea. Now, I feel confident that my AC will be able to handle the Valley summer heat and better yet, My family and I will have healthier quality air now that my mold issue has been identified and a resolution plan is in place. Manny was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable.... Very reasonably priced.... Even gave quotes for future projects, will definity call him again. Had toliet problems, fixed in minutes, did excellent job and answered all questions extremely well!
