I absolutely love this company. They know there business and are all good people! Need more companies like this! The tech Michael R. is very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough in the work that he did at our daughters home. We will most definitely use this tech and company for future issues of any kind relating to any of their fields of expertise and will most definitely refer them to our family and friends. These guys are AWESOME! They made it out on a late evening service call - found the problem quickly, educated me on the issue I was having and was very helpful. I want to especially thank the technician - Dennis Ross, Jr. I feel he went above and beyond; he is a very honest and very good guy! The communication with Berkeys is extremely good as far as the dispatch ladies go. They have my recommendation for sure!
Excellent outfit providing personalized service! Andy (the experienced plumber that came to our house) not only took care of our main issues but also gave us sound no-non-sense expert plumbing advise about anything we asked him on the topic. After living 20 years in a house all kinds of little quirks and things come up, so it's great to be able to get some of that "side perk" of good advise from professionals while they go about fixing the issues you called them about!
Don’t waste your time. Needed help on a 100 degree summer Saturday night with a broken fan motor. Dispatcher said they’d be onsite b/t 8-10am the next morning for standard trip charge, no one showed and then received a call to schedule a time to come out later for $250 because it was Sunday. Would have appreciated that info the previous night, but more importantly would have appreciated them arriving as agreed. Had I known I would have looked elsewhere, which I will from now on.
I came home to a flooded water heater and called Berkeys at 2pm a Saturday - was given a window of 5-9pm same day. Sure enough, Alex L arrived at 6pm and was able to take care of me. He was super knowledgeable and friendly and was able to install a new water heater same day. THANK YOU Berkeys for taking care of our family in the community.
