Costumer service was good from the initial phone call to completion of the service call. Royce showed up at the specified time , trouble shot and completed the repair. I have used Lamont Pluming in the past and I will continue to be a customer.

Crooks! Charged $146.00 to tell us we need to pump the water out from under the house before they can tell us what's going on. He was there for less than five minutes and never gave an approximate cost to fix. When my Wife called them about the charge the owner laughed at her and said he sleeps well at night. I'd give them a negative five star rating if it would let me.

Randy came and took care of our problem, stayed until he fixed everything, and worked until he found the problem! Great work!!!! Happy with his diligence!
