Payne Mechanical Services- Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing

We have used Payne Mechanical for several years now. They are always very prompt and very courteous. They worked diligently to fix a problem without unit that required warranty questions. They got it handled for us. We have several neighbors who use them as well. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The one single time we had an issue with an employee (not an on-site tech, but an office employee), the main boss called us very quickly and the matter was handled and resolved. This is a good company!

These guys are the best at what they do. I had hired multiple companies before them to come out to my house and fix my air conditioning. NONE of the other companies were able to fix what was wrong. I wish I had gone to Payne Mechanical Services first. I could have moved into my house about two months sooner. Oh! I also use them for my business. They’re THAT good!

Payne plumbing came to my home and told me what the problem was with my bath and shower. They charged our home warranty and never returned to do the work. I had to fix the problems myself and never heard back from the company. The plumber who came to my house recommended we try to scam the home warranty company by telling them the shower was nicer than it was to get a better replacement. I said no but he still turned that in to the warranty company. I will not use this company again and recommend others avoid them and use a more reputable company.

Started working at Payne today, and I love Jamie and Andrea!! I actually feel "at home" when I walk in!! Friendly, fun and a great company to work for, even if it was just my 1st day!! I look forward to many many years with this company!

We have used Payne more than once and both times Jack the plumber came out. I can not say enough nice things about Jack and his work. He is on time, clean and gets everything running right. Would 10/10 recommend using Payne and you may want to ask for Jack!
