American Leak Detection of Dallas

American Leak Detection did an outstanding job on our slab leak. The technician we used was Chris Martin. His work ethic is one that you don't see everyday. He did an awesome job and didn't leave until it was done right. He didn't cut corners on anything. We were completely impressed with him. It's because of Chris that I am leaving a 5 star review. He was great! Also, the people in the office were outstanding as well. We worked with Denise Hawkins due to an insurance claim. She was extremely helpful in handling all the paperwork, etc. Overall, our experience was great!

We had a lot of work done recently on our home including sewer line replacement and water line reroute. Our plumber Kyle was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure we were satisfied. He explained everything he was doing in detail and was very thorough to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Denise and the other office ladies are phenomenal and also went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend this company. Ask for Kyle to be your plumber. You will not be disappointed.

Trevor came out today and was very helpful. He walk through some different things I could do to solve my problem. Didn't offer services I didn't need. The price was reasonable. These are great people to do business with!

Great service. On time ,which is unheard of. Determined no plumbing leak and was sprinkler leak. "Ken was awesome,courteous,and a pleasure to work with"! Will use again if needed and will highly recommend to family and friends.

Very professional & for once very knowledgeable. The job was the most extensive study of the pool's problem we've ever had. Cody explained the problem & the solution. The second visit was to do the actual repair to the leak. Cody handled the repair work in a very professional, timely manner. He explained the repairs and the warranty for the work. If any future problems occur we will be using Cody & American Leak Detection.
