Never use these folks. It's sad how companies are quick to forget about customer service. Show up day late with no parts. Good job. Never again.

Had them come out to fix water heater, told me they can't get the part they charged me $138.00. Said I could order a part and call them when I get the part. They would come back out for another $138.00 to put it in. They never called me before my appointment like i was told and they were 30 minutes later from the 2 hour window that I was given. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Came out on a Sunday with no problems.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of Angela and Wayne , the tech. He tried to get me where I needed to be , free on the line. Unfortunately the line is broke. Not good for me.....I would recommend Mr Plumber to anyone. Thank you

They over charged us and here is how.. did work we did not request then told us it was a verbal agreement (no paper work is convenient). they quoted 125$ that came back to us with the bill at 125$per hour. very miss leading. find a local plumber and avoid "verbal contracts" get it in writing!!
