Very disappointed! He did arrive to the house quickly, however when he got there he wouldn’t work on my hot water heater because it was a Home Depot/General Electric product and he couldn’t find parts. However, we went to the Canyon Lake Hardware store and bought the 2 elements and fixed it in on our own. He immediately wanted to replace the whole hot water heater. He did a voltage test which we we had already done and charged us $45.
