Michael is a very nice guy, professional, and honest. I had a water leak near my meter and was short on time. I called Michael and he was able to get to me within an hour. From there he fixed the leak and was affordable. I'd gladly use his services again.

Toilet in bathroom leaked after installation. Offered to come back and fix but said I would have to wait 3 weeks because he was busy. Water was getting under the tiles and damaging the house so I suggested that he should come sooner and make this a priority. At this point he said he would not come at all because I was rude in asking him to come sooner. Whilst he carried out work for me he was constantly complaining about a previous client who he kept referring to as "a paki" and saying generally racist and offensive things about any body not from the UK. I wouldn't have used him again after this anyway. I would avoid Red Rose Plumbing at all costs - Mr Gornal is dishonest, racist and unreliable. It I could have given him zero stars I would have!
