Used them yesterday. Price quoted was different than price paid. Requested them to come back and put cover on correctly to no avail. Received threatening email today from owner.
I had some questions about Septic tanks and they took the took the time to answer the question I had. They were very knowledgeable on there stuff. I haved called 10 different people and they answer all questions I had in 2 mins! We're everybody else couldnt.
New owners! Not the previous (....) twit, i.e. the lunatic who ran "Budget Septic", and got caught dumping in the National Forest. He's gone. This NEW crew is A-1 Budget Septic. Nice folk, reliable, punctual, good service. Happy to do business, and will do so again. I have ten rent houses, and A-1 Budget Septic is my 'go to' guy for septic tank pumping and repairs.
