Called to set up a consultation appointment for a Nugen whole house water filter and the woman who answered the phone was quick to take down my information but only then did she mention the $40 fee that they charge to come out and give you a quote. I actually don’t mind paying to have someone come out but when I asked approximately how much their systems start at she told me she doesn’t have any pricing options available and that the best she could offer was to get someone out to my house. I asked for just a general quote on what their most basic system starts at and she repeated the same line. I don’t feel comfortable going with a company that cannot provide up-front honest communication from the start. Additionally, if this is how their company runs....charging $40 every time they have to answer a simple question, then I don’t know how they are surviving. Their website is great and makes a lot of promises but my experience with them left a lot to be desired. Additionally, after I asked to cancel my consultation I was hung up on without even a goodbye or “please consider us next time”.

Called this morning around 10:45 am for a backed up drain and was scheduled for a technician to arrive in the afternoon. Josh arrived around 3pm and the problem was fixed by 4pm. Josh was great guy, very polite and someone you can trust. Kinsey plumping has earned my business. Great job and thank you for the quick response. This company is a firm supporter for Military and First Responders and the reason i gave them a try, definitely one of the best.

Kinsey fixed my water heater same day. The ladies who answered the call were so sweet. The price was decent and the plumber wore little covers on his shoes so he didn’t mess up my carpet.
