Professional in every way. Over many years I have enjoyed their excellent work in plumbing, ac work, etc. Without exception, results were well above expectations. Wish I could have given 10 stars.

We suspected that we had a leak inside the wall. Called them asking for A plumber to come out and fix it. Instead of a plumber showing up, a plumber and his helper shows up. we opened up the wall because they would not, which is common practice. We found out that the leak was due to a toilet and not in the wall. When we got the bill, we were charged $125/hr for the plumber and $65/hr for the helper. When we called and set up the appointment, we were told that it would be $125/hr for the plumber, but was never informed that there would be a helper with him at a rate of $65/hr. So our leaking toilet ending up costing almost $800 for just their part which did not include closing the wall back up. We will never use this company again. Unless you want to just throw away money, I would not hire this company.

Rude. I scheduled a Friday appointment two weeks out. The week of my appointment they call to cancel my Friday appointment. Since I was in a meeting my mother called back for me to try to get a Tuesday appointment. When she tried to explain what needed to be done, the woman on the phone said "Since I cannot talk to your daughter directly you need to find someone else to do the work, bye" and abruptly hung up. I won't be calling them back.

This company is one of the most unprofessional group of people I have dealt with. I called for a leaking sink on Wednesday. The gentlemen I spoke with explained the diagnostic fee for repair quotes and scheduled an appointment for Friday between 10-12. Friday at 1:30 I called to follow up with my appointment since no one had arrived. I spoke with a women that informed me that no one would be coming because the plumber was sick. If you are looking for a plumber that keeps appointments or at least provides courtesy calls when they are unable too...I would keep searching.
