AVOID CHARLIE like the PLAGUE. He will string you along telling you he is going to take care of your job and then cancel on the morning of after you scheduled your day around being there. He did this to me multiple times. I wish I had known how flaky he was ahead of time and just found someone reputable in the first place.
Called for a plumbing service. Was told they will be at my home between 1:00PM and 4:00PM. Received a call at 5:30PM, indicating they were running a little behind. I was asked to confirm my address again, I did, Charlie said we do not service Hubbard. I explained I gave him my address, he all but called me a liar, told me to get another plumber and hung up on me. Hubbard is in Hill County, as the advertisement says, they service Hill County, apparently not and only if it suits them. I have been without water for two days now. In Texas, people do not treat people like that. So I rate this company poorly and will let all of my friends, family and associates know, as well.
EXCELLENT service! Doesn't cut corners, very professional! Nice guys
