Roto Rooter should only be used when you are having minor plumbing issues such as small toilet clogs. We had to pay almost $300 just for an estimate on a gas line job. It took a week to get the proposal, which was 3000+ and we were required to do all of the trench work. I received 2 other estimates and both came out less than 1900 and will supply all trench work. So, RR came out to be over $1000 more.
Fabulous company! We had a really tricky water leak and they worked hard to figure it out and fix the problem without charging an arm and a leg. Workers were courteous and knowledgable. I highly recommend these folks!
They were very friendly and worked hard fixing the problem. The second they got here they started working. It took 3 hours to fix the problem but they kept at it until it was fixed.
Poor service, unsatisfactory job. There are definitely better plumbing companies in Victoria, please save yourself time and money and avoid using their services.
