Do not use unless you like to be screwed over. I had called them to come give me an estimate to run a gas line. They were the only ones that would come out, but they charged a 50 dollar dispatch fee. I was willing to pay that because I really needed an estimate done. The guys showed up when they were supposed to and looked at what I was needing. I needed to run a gas line 65 ft, the bid I got from them was for 3000 dollars. Called a friend of mine thats a plumber in another town and he started asking me all kinds of questions like, gas usage in the house, gas usage of equipment we were installing and so on, which Janak never asked. Come to find out after calling AEP our meter wasn't even big enough to run what we needed. Janak never asked those questions and what they would have done would not have worked. I called to get my 50 dollars back and after almost 3 weeks of calling because she would never call me back I finally got told its against their company policy to refund the dispatch fee. Ive heard from many after this that they screw people over all the time.
