No compaints here. Local contractor recommended them and they came and replaced our hot water heater and price shopped to get us the best price. They noticed a faucet that the hot water was turned off and recommended a quick fix. I had just gotten used to it. Now we have hot water in the restroom faucet too.
Great service, quality work
Due to some misunderstandings; the plumber didn't show up when he was expected. However, one he got there, he was very friendly; knowledgeable, and quick - in and out in about 30 minutes!!! Was very grateful to have someone come on a holiday and not charge me extra for a holiday service call!!!
They rarely answer the phone, the receptionist sounds like she hates her job, and the plumber never called or showed up.
