Called to get a free estimate on renewing my whole house plumbing and drains. First, told me estimate was free, but I would have to pay a service charge and travel fee. What? I offer them a possible $12.000 job and they want a travel fee and service charge? Really? Bad business.
Always quick to respond and get the job done right. They make sure to tell me what they are doing and always make sure I see the finished work.
Showed up earlier than promised, did great job. Polite and friendly technician. I will call back if I need pluming repair.
Black Plumbing did a great job doing some repairs on our plumbing. The tech was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and walked me through every step of the process- showing me each problem and describing all repair options. They were able to come out within 2 days of me calling for a non-emergent situation and the tech arrived at the time he was suppose to- so there was no waiting around for hours on end for someone to arrive. This was my first experience with Black Plumbing but I highly recommend them and will use again in the future.
