Blanco A/C Electrical & Plumbing

I scheduled an appointment for electrical work and they sent someone who just walked around for an hour and a half telling me that he has to be at another appointment and can't do much of anything and just kept talking to me. Then he left without finishing the work. I got charged for that time and then charged again when I was upset he didn't complete the job and that my appointment was cut short so they sent him back out and told me I wouldn't be charged but then I was. All in all there are much better alternatives in town who will not only actually do the work that you are paying for, but will also provide excellent customer service.

They sent a plumber to fix two toilets that were loose and leaking at the floor flanges. It looked like one was still leaking so I asked them to come back to fix it. He found a crack in one flush tank, so I picked up a new toilet. The plumber came back with the general manager. They remounted one toilet, and installed the new toilet. All was fixed better than before I called them. Very good customer service, and a pleasure to work with Blanco A/C, Electrical & Plumbing. Highly recommended.

Was told they weren't interested in helping install my AC since I didn't buy it from them and they wouldn't make as much money... At that point I didn't even bother asking about a complete home wiring job.

The AC technicians are pros and got the work done efficiently and effectively. I really appreciated the care they took in correctly diagnosing the problem!
