Excellent service and the most affordable price out of all the quotes I received!! I'll be calling them again if a problem ever arises. Every person I spoke with was friendly and helpful and the guy who I mainly spoke with was very informative and caring. This was the Tyler office.

The plumber came out on Friday Aug. 2 & supposedly fixed the issue. By Monday night we started having the same plumbing issues. I calmed Benjamin Franklin Plumbing on Tuesday morning & the guy on the phone said they would send someone out the next day, which was Wednesday. He also let me know that we would be charged an additional 54.00 to come out, after we had already paid them $250 & the issue still wasn't fixed. He called Wednesday & said they couldn't come until Thursday. Then Thursday came & they called & said they couldn't come until Saturday between 8am-10am. At 11:45 Saturday morning I called to see why no one had shown up & the guy that answered the phone was clueless as to what I was talking about. We will never use this company again. I would advise anyone to take their business elsewhere. This not a good company.

Such a wonderful company. Kevin was amazing when he came out to relocate our kitchen sink. Very friendly and professional.
