The OWNER went to a rental property of mine at Canyon Lake. The service was fast and professional. My tenant was impressed with how efficiently the job was completed and he even cleaned the area when he was finished. The price was MORE THAN FAIR! They service a large area, which works for me since I have properties at Canyon Lake, New Braunfels and Lockhart! Thank you Mr. Cook....for a job WELL DONE! (also, your office manager is a KEEPER ! )

These guys just came and saved the day. Warranty company previously sent out another plumber who told me the solution to my problem was to give him $600, these guys were able to fix the problem under complete warranty coverage. Also super friendly and professional.

"Owner" of the company specifically told me to "go find a different plumber" because I asked why he had to come out a second time to take pictures of the parts he needed. Owner is a creep, hot head, and is one of the rudest human beings I've encountered. Cursed at me multiple times and when I said he would be fired, bragged about being the owner of the company. This business will soon be shut down, do not ever use. An owner who tells his customers to go find another business, and curses them out deserves to be shut down and thrown in prison. This man will get the karma he deserves, and meanwhile his business will continue to be unsuccessful. Side note, the front desk lady is nice and couldn't believe what the owner had done. She had to contact me after a week because the plumber completely ignored us and never contacted after saying he would.

Our home warranty company sent us this plumbing company to have our gas water heaters replaced back in March 2018. They came and did the job and had to come back twice more because the brand new water heaters were not working, they had not been connected properly. they wanted to charge us more to dispose of our old water heaters. Trusting that they know what they are doing we had not checked our attic and to our surprise this is what we found. We do not use our attic and never go up there but by having our A/C units maintained we just took this photos. The exhaust pipe (carbon monoxide exit pipe) was not connected. The pipe vents were moved to replace old water heaters for the new ones and the broke them and now we have water leaking thru the roof vent pipes. It is ridiculous that they are supposed to be the experts and leave this mess while installing brand new water heaters. I would 100% NOT recommend this company, NOT even thru a home warranty.

Every business has a bad day. Cook's plumbing had a bad day that created a major water leak in our home. After replacement of a water heater, Cook's departed, job done. Upon inspection that evening I noticed 1) the new water heater was damaged (dent on side) and 2) there seemed to be water leaking from somewhere because water drops were streaming down the side of the water heater? Next morning my wife called Cook's about it. They came out and said it was a slight leak from the piping they had put in, they repaired and left. Early afternoon same day my wife called me at work and said major water was flowing from the water heater and/or from inside the wall? I called Cook's and eventually spoke to the owner and asked that they come back the same day/evening to repair. They did and after making a hole in the wall to view inside to the interior water pipe connection we saw that another connection further down the pipe, inside the wall, had been dislodged and was profusely gushing water down the pipe, inside the interior wall and out through the bottom of the wall out to the garage, etc. The plumber said the connection was the wrong connection for that water pipe?. I found it odd as that connection had been in place since 2007 (new home) and never leaked until Cook's manipulated it when connecting the new water heater to that main water pipe. Long story short. Cook's fixed the leak, next day, at the expense of our Home Owner's Warranty and when requested brought a new undamaged water heater to replace the one they had put in that was damaged. The hole in the sheetrock Cook's made to locate the water leak and the interior wall/home water damage was left to us and our Home Property Insurance company to resolve. We are still dealing with it. I'd keep a watchful eye on Cook's should they come out and perform repairs at your home. I will state that the water heater they finally installed correctly is working as it should. The plumber, Nick, was very professional and courteous, we feel his apprentice might have been the one to cause the problem as my wife said she saw him doing most of the work connecting the pipes.
