Don’t waste your time and money to call them. They don’t know what they are doing and very expensive, wouldn’t recommend it.

They put a water heater in , hat was under warranty. (3 years old) didnt tell me they were gonna charge me to put it in. Until a month later. When i got a bill in the mail. They didnt put all the way in either. Since i was still fixing pipes under house. I had to move in closet myself anyway. Yet, received bill for $100 for bringing new water heater in and putting 2 pipes on. Tried 2 call & lady who answered was so rude about it i couldnt gwt a word in edge wise. I think if they were gonna charge me, they should have told me ahead of time. Id have done it all myself.
