Called in early afternoon. Spoke to a lady who said she was new there, explained plumbing problem at my house. She wasnt sure of anything really but said she'd call me right back. Gave her number. Still waiting for call back. I tried calling back but closed now for the day. Tired of substandard service which is getting to be the norm.

I would like to say that JP Plumbing is AWESOME! I had received a few recommendations to them as I was in dire need of a plumber. I had a horrible clog that started in my kitchen then ran though the lines in laundry and bathroom. Apparently, the way my lines are I needed a certain machine which not all comp have. He gave me some companies to call but he did try to clear for over an hour but no luck. He told me he could try something else, but it could do some damage and suggest I try the comp with that machine. They did not charge me since I was a first-time customer. I am very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and honesty- I would highly recommend and use them again.
