I've used PDQ plumbing on 2 occasions. The first was for a home inspection of my plumbing system for the sale of my old home. The second was to install a carbon/water softener system in my new home. Arnie & Mike gave me a 30 minutes heads up call (1 hour earlier than promised) and met me at my home to look at the softener job. They went to the parts store and got the pieces to install my system for me. They did a great job and were done in two hours. The system works perfectly and the craftsmanship was excellent. I am very pleased with PDQs work and highly recommend them.

My former plumber referred PDQ as a specialist in older homes. I couldn't have been more impressed with their excellent customer service and expediency--a team was to my house in a matter of hours! As for results, these guys truly are experts. They know what they're doing. I have complete confidence in their work. And they're extremely professional. Nice--to boot! Highly recommend!

PDQ Plumbing is a great company, with the most knowledgeable plumbers you could ask for. I will not be choosing anyone else but PDQ for future plumbing needs. They explained everything to us and showed up in the approximate time I was given.

PDQ just finished a fantastic job of rerouting hot and cold water lines to our laundry room due to an under-slab leak. They quoted us a price that was about $800 less than the plumber we have been using for years. We got a recommendation from a neighborhood acquaintance and are so glad we gave these guys a try. They did the whole job in a day at the quoted price and the work was done very professionally. We could not be happier with the job they did, and will definitely use them for our future plumbing needs!

My commercial building was having a plumbing emergency at 4pm on Friday. I was calling every plumber in Pflugerville, trying to get someone to come in immediately. PDQ claimed they could be there in half an hour, so I stopped calling around and waited for them. An hour later, I called and was told that I should have received a call already from the plumber. 10 minutes later, I did (this is 70 minutes after he was being "immediately dispatched to my location). He informed me that he was just leaving Taylor but could be to my location in about an hour (or more than 2 hours after my initial call). He showed up after 6, removed the clog in the main line, then told me that there was more stuff but he couldn't get it and would need a camera to do anything more. But he doesn't do camera work after hours. Well, it's only "after hours" because you took 2 hours to get here, instead of the promised 30 minutes. I called S & D Plumbing immediately after and had a wonderful experience. If you were thinking of using PDQ Plumbing, just search S & D Plumbing instead. To make matters worse for PDQ, they called me Monday morning to get paid - and charged me the "after hours" rates because they didn't start the work until 6pm. The worse experience I've had with a plumbing company.
