We had an issue with the gas line on a property Friday afternoon. Mike came out that day to evaluate the issue and returned saturday. Mike worked until the problem was solved and was friendly, experienced, and reasonably priced. Huge thanks to mike and Phelps plumbing. We will definitely be using them for service in the future.

Just wanted to be sure to give credit where credit is due. Michael Vice at JL Phelps was great to work with. We had a lot of little things going on with a remodel of a laundry room and two bathrooms Michael brought it all together. He was enjoyable and a pleasure to work with as was the office staff with any calls made and being kept updated on Michael's comings and goings. I would highly recommend JLPhelps and specifically ask for Michael.

Called to schedule service and was assured that I would get next day service but they would have to call me back to give me an exact time never received a call so i called back( the day i was supposed to receive service) and was told again by the same woman that she would call back in 10 mins and never called this was a emergency situation on commercial property we had to shut down the business and their lack of follow up cost us a lot of money we eventually had to go with a more reliable company one that would return phone calls

These are some great people!! From Allie on the phone setting up the service to Mike coming out and being a complete professional. Its not everyday you find a service company that does those two things well at the same time! I am 5th generation construction and recommend these folks to anyone in need!!
