I would like to thank Direct Service for the prompt service that Justin gives. He always goes the extra mile to make sure that the work is completed per our properties specific needs. He is always professional and informative. I will be recommending Direct Service to all the properties that need a professional service.
Had an issue with them once, and they handled it extremely professionally. Because of that, I decided to use them again. My systems drain was clogged. Not a huge job, but critical when the heat is going up. The tech came out on a Saturday, and had me working in 30 minutes. It was affordable too, considering it was an after hours call. Will go with them again.
Direct Service is Damn amazing!! Not only did Noel and his apprentices know what they were doing, they were professional, helpful and understanding.
