These guys are jokes. I had one of these guys come and take a look at why my toilet was leaking. They said because it was so old we needed to replace the whole thing. The toilet was less than a year old. They wanted to charge me $700 for a new toilet. Something needed to be tightened inside the bowl. That's it. I went to home depot and asked one of the guys that worked there. I fixed it for free. That house call cost me $75.

Pronto was really fast at getting out and easy to reach. I chose to pass when I was told it would be $295 to unclog (snake) a bathroom sink, and got charged an $85 "diagnostic fee" which did not include the cause of the clog.

This company made a stupid mistake and flooded my father’s house. Now, my elderly Dad has to move out of his house to repair the damage. Don’t use this company!

We called Pronto because our water heater was not working for the house and we were referred by our neighbor. They came out within a hour and fixed the problem. They were able to replace just a part and got us hot water that day. They are my go to plumbing company if I have any problems in the future. Thank You Guys!
