Needed to replace "under sink" RO unit. Called, set up appointment at time of my convenience. Technician/Plumber, Richard, showed up on time. Professional; courteous. Answered all of my questions regarding the new unit. Would highly recommend Graf and Richard.

I called Graf Plumbing to support an existing water leak at our home. JD arrived a few hours later and performed the repair. He was extremely helpful and completed the repair perfectly. He left the area cleaner than he found it and gave us a great price for the repair. I would 100% recommend their services. I am a customer for life now. Thanks for a job well done JD!!!

Second time using Graf Plumbing, such a great company! Office staff are always nice (appreciate the confirmation call with plumber's name when on the way). Victor arrived on time, was very thorough checking out a shower noise, and explained the issue in a way I could understand.

Graf plumbing responded quickly and made the necessary repairs. What I didn't like was the plumber had to go get parts. I was charged $110.00 an hour while he went to 2 plumbing supply companies looking for the parts. How about calling ahead to see if the parts are available... But that's just what I would have done. He was gone well over an hour.

Would just like to say that it was an awesome experience finally having an expert company fix our commode. Mr Richard was very professional, respectable, polite and you could tell he knew what he was doing. I only wish I would have contacted Graf Plumbing from the start. We not only would've saved money but would've had peace of mind. Thank you Mr Richard great job.
