I want to thank Adam for being so professional and forthcoming on what was needed to be done at my daughter's house. Adam explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. He was very patient with me and cooperative in how to handle the repairs. He had to communicate with me by phone since I do not live in the same city as my daughter. Adam is a wonderful asset to Roto-Rooter. I will always request him for anything else that will need to be repaired. I feel as though I can trust him and have known him for a long time. I had to get a second opinion after a horrible technician came out so I called Roto-Rooter and Don came. This was the easiest, most laidback experience I have ever had with a plumber! He was so eager to ensure that I knew what the problem was and what he could do to repair it. Hot water was restored in no time and he went above and beyond to inspect areas that was not part of his duties! I appreciate him and know he was heaven sent! Thank you again so much for your patience!

Showed up early and not only fixed the problem i called about but fixed a pipe that was leaking i didn’t know about.. tech was friendly and extremely professional... couldn’t be happier and recommend highly

Great customer service! I called at 6:00 p.m. on a Sunday to request drain services. By 7:45 p.m. Sunday, my drain was working properly. The technician was polite and the customer service was excellent! Thank you Roto-Rooter
