Legacy Plumbing

I called Legacy Plumbing (and three other companies) on Thursday afternoon because I had a water leak. I had no idea where the leak was coming from. Legacy was the only company that could get someone out the next day. Canon and Brandon arrived at 9am Friday morning. They were appreciative that I was paying attention and asking questions as they looked for the origination of the leak. The leak was found in about 45 minutes. The job was completed by 1130! Cutting walls and crawling around in the attic was required. They were very respectful of me and my home. Cleaned up beautifully when they were done. I loved the way the two of them worked together. I could genuinely tell that they both loved what they do and they enjoyed working with each other. I will 100% call them back again when the need arises.

They respond promptly to their online request for service and provide a quote prior to setting the appointment. Legacy Plumbing does it right! After three slab leaks and two other plumbing companies, I finally found Legacy Plumbing, a company with the knowledge and skill to solve my major plumbing issues. Through several visits for a major reroute of water lines and master bath remodel, the Legacy technician, Wayne, was stellar. He was always kind, courteous, and professional, and the knowledge he has for the plumbing craft is amazing. It was important to Wayne that I understood the details of the work he was doing and he laid out all the costs in advance. I was pleased with pricing. Compared to other companies I have used in the past, Legacy's pricing was very reasonable. I will always be thankful for their quality service and fair prices. Thank you, Legacy Plumbing!

I recently had some other plumbing work done that did not look right to me. I called Legacy Plumbing to get a second opinion. The dispatcher had me send a picture so their plumber could take a look at the work. The dispatcher then followed back up with me to answer my questions. After that experience, I thought I would try them for my next job. I contacted them yesterday. They provided a quote (which was reasonable) over the phone and sent out Enoch that same day. Enoch was fantastic. He was courteous, answered all my questions, and best of all did a great job. He also asked if I wanted him to check any other plumbing items while he was there and left me with his business card should I have any future plumbing questions. All around good experience and I will use them again.
