After calling multiple plumbers in the middle of the night, this was the only company who could come to my house AND had the correct equipment to repair a sump pump. Saved us from a flooded home in the middle of a Texas storm!

STOP! Don't bother calling anyone else for your plumbing needs. We just spent two weeks and a couple thousand dollars on other companies that couldn't fix our plumbing issues. We called Mr. Rooter. Sandy answered the phone, listened to our dilemma, and assured us that Mr. Rooter of Denton, TX had a plumber that could fix ANY plumbing issue. What a relief when Randall Nelson, Service Professional, came right out and in no time at all our mystery plumbing issues were solved! We cannot be more pleased. All the other companies and their "best plumbers with years of experience" couldn't fix our problem. We were at our wit's end and gave Mr. Rooter a call. Best decision we've made in a long time. On time and polite. Quoted a reasonable price, worked quickly. Before they left, they cleaned up a bit. Everything working perfectly when they were done.
