I scheduled an appointment for 2/28 with a window of 2-4 pm. I called at 4 and the lady that answered said some one had a water leak that the plumber was dealing with. I asked if he still was going to make it to my house and she said yes. I called back at 530 and it goes to voicemail. I took a half day off work and wasn’t even given a courtesy call letting me know he was going to be late or not show. Terrible customer service I will not be using them to do any work.
