I give him 4 stars because he was a bit pricey for 55 minutes work. But he did show up on time and did stop my leak in my Quest water service line so far, but would only give me a 30 days guarantee. He did give great service and very professional in his work. You get what you paid for.

I called Direct Source Plumbing on a Saturday and was shocked that they were available to come out same day! Receptionist was super polite and helpful. Our plumber, Tyler was awesome! As soon as he arrived, he quickly diagnosed our problem and fixed it promptly. Thanks Tyler! Direct Source Plumbing is now our go-to for plumbing! Would highly recommend.

I filled out their contact form over a week ago. The "aim" to respond within 24 hours. I'm sure they are really nice people, but I guess I'll never truly know since they don't actually respond.

Super honest and a free quote. He let me know what to expect and didn't try to add things on to the bill I didn't need. He saved me money no question and the service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend.

Update: No 24hr emergency service. They replaced a cracked pipe (on a Friday around 6pm), 23 hours later that pipe cracked, but it was just after 5pm on a Saturday so no one was answering the phone or returning messages. Found a round-about way to get ahold of someone, no one could come out until Sunday, no time given. It was Sunday afternoon we gave up and asked for a refund (they did refund our almost $700 repair fee which is why there are 2 stars instead of 1, the poor guy we called also answered his phone each time, so that was appreciated). Our uncle (who works during the week, has a family to care for and lives over an hour away) came out and replaced the cracked pipe Sunday evening, so we wouldn't have to go without running water for a second night. In the photo is the cracked pipe our uncle removed. First "use": Wes came out and ended up recommending a landscape/irrigation company to try to save us some money. Good customer service, free estimate!
